UK High Street - Domino's
I feel the workshop is missing a selection of UK high street commercial buildings, so i aim to bring a few to help you create the high street of your dreams.

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 1x3 layout
Density : High Level Commercial
Level : 1

How do i spawn these assets in game?
The best way to spawn these assets is to download the Building themes mod and create a new theme (or add the building to a current theme). Alternatively the two mods below are also very helpful:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these assets require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items.

Model Info:
  • 691 Polys
  • 1,560 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour, Illumination)
  • Custom LOD (144 tris)

I like your work but I was wondering, aren't the tops of these types of buildings usually apartments? Is it possible to get it to function as both a residence and a commercial building in the current state of the game? Otherwise it is kind of just for show I guess.

I used to deliver for Dominos- so this is fun.
