NOBLE FOUR (EMILE-A239)'s Voice files ripped from Halo Reach.

Version 1. Over 500 lines.

Early build, only voiced for RANGER, E.X.O. weapons and generic items.

To Do: Add cues for other classes.


When the Reach squad is done I'll bundle into a single pack and upload that to nexus.
