The Noob Tube is the last word in impracticality, it's light weight, does little damage, but it's good for speed and stunning enemies.

+20% running speed
+20% weapon switch speed
-10% damage
50% stun chance

Due to how many people have reccomended to nerf this further, the damage should now be -30%, other than that as the Dλrk Horsemλnn said, and =[DSG]=SockShell agreed, it is of course the Noobtube...so it does need to be somewhat overpowered. Also a note about the item over all, it is NOT programmed... this is just a model, and it cannot be used ingame yet. I didn't read the instructions when I made this. So if anyone is able to program weapons, leme know please. I do regret having set the funds share though--so let me know if it's possible to change it...I don't think so though. So if anyone would like to help me with this out of the kindness of their heart~I'd be very greatful.
