Atheris Shipyards - Terminus Class heavy escort Frigate

This is the Terminus Class heavy escort Frigate, the Ascia's "little" sister. After over a month of building time put into this ship I think it's finally ready for the workshop. The ships are very similar, but different from each other at the same time. Both are built as frontline combat ships, with reasonably heavy armor and a lot of firepower, but the Terminus is slightly smaller and lighter, making it considerably faster and more maneuverable with the help of a Titan engine, 8 Industrial engines and a lot of S thrusters for maneuvering.

The Terminus' design is much more agressive and detailed, with added armor panels not only for a little bit of additional protection, but mainly to create patterns on the ship's surface that wouldn't have been possible with regular blocks. Also the interior layout is very different, using a less monotone and more compact layout with a lot of added detail, but like the Ascia's interior it is (for a military ship) very luxurious and futuristic.

The ship includes two small hangars for either one Vipera, one Phoenix or two Velox, which are also the only way of entering the Terminus. They are operated by an airlock script that depressurizes them before opening to prevent a rapid decompression and the loss of precious oxygen. To open them, simply press one of the buttons (two in each hangar, one in each hangar control room, one in the CIC and one hidden behind each exterior hangar defense turret) or activate them from the main and secondary bridge (CIC) terminals and wait until the depressurization is complete, during which the corresponding interior and exterior lights will blink. Continuously glowing white lights indicate that the hangar is pressurized and safe to open from the inside, blue lights indicate that it is depressurized and opened, and orange lights indicate that the hangar is malfunctioning, most likely because of a leak. You should only open the hangars when they are fully pressurrized, otherwise the ship's oxygen pressure levels will become messed up.

The Terminus' quarters offer room for 16 crew members and the captain. It is of course fully pressurized (although not every room contains an air vent) and all standard doors close 5 seconds after opening so that the crew doesn't have to close them manually and possible pressure shifts don't spread throughout the whole ship, although there are lockdown and evac buttons in the CIC that keep the doors open and closed. Like on the Ascia, the ship is not supposed to be commanded from the primary bridge (observation bridge) in combat, but instead from the much more heavily protected secondary bridge (CIC) on the lowest deck of the ship.
