Star Wars : Nebulon-B Imperial Frigate

This is the imperial version of the Nebulon B frigate, as it was shown in the original X-Wing Game series.

The imperial version has hangar for Tie-Fighters.

Nebulon B shown in the movies was a modified rebel version, where the hangar was replaced with room for medical supplies and bacta tanks. Details see Star Wars wiki.

I put many effort into making this one as close as possible to the original frigate, regarding room layout, shape and size. But I added more turrets for better defending.

1:1 scale (CV)
Length: 300 m
Hangar room for 5 - 6 Tie fighters.

It's moving well for it's size and weight.

This ship is not made for planetary landing, just dont try it, except you are into crash testing.


Reworked the whole ship and updated to EGS Alpha:

* replaced near 400 T1 RCS's with 20 T2 RCS units
* massive reduced lights (better FPS)
* replaced high poly deco stairs with textured blocks (better FPS)
* overall FPS and performance tweaks
* reworked engine room and warp drive area
* added more details to outer hull
* removed not needed blocks and reduced weight
* reduced production time for over 2 hours
* reworked all other rooms
* added warp drive tank and clone chambers


Complete rebuild with Alpha 5.x blocks.

* fixed few design flaws
* rebalanced the thrusters
* Hull is now made of hardened steel
* replaced fuel tanks with largest version
* complete retextured and recolored
* fixed light brightness
* redesigned interior
* added more details to outer hull
* added docking tubes for 6 Tie-fighters and 2 Tie-interceptors
* fixed turret limits
* added hangar doors
* reduced device count by ~ 20%

NOTICE: due to the hardened steel hull, the needed ressources increased significant !
