@jughoc: No you don't. I can't find the engrams as well but when you put enough poop in their inventory, they will just start producing fertilizer. Just take care of not putting to much in them, then they won't do anything (at least in my case it was like that because I had the s+ item aggregator transfer poop automatically in their inventory and then they were filled to much with it xD) Hope it works the same for you. :)

do i need to learn the engram for it to process? because it wont let me and it says i need to learn it but its not in the engram list to learn.

hmm i've got an issue too, they disappeared when "servers restart" ( i'm on single player) pretty annoying because i really like this mod, as the normal beetle don't do their job for some reason i don't know and didn't found any way to fix it beside using your mod

Got the same issue. The Beetle pick up Eggs and they are gone.

So i have two of these guys in my egg farm and they pick up eggs but the eggs disapear out of existence. Is anyone else having this same problem?

i cant find the dung beetle anywhere. i searched for 45 minutes trying to find one and there wasnt any to be found. i ended up spawning one in and it worked great... until i left the game. when i came back it had despawned with everything i had put into it. so i respawned another one and tamed another one and it happened again.

It does spawn if I use the command.
