DSC-class Support Ship (Shields)

The DSC-class support ship is a support class warship in the Covenant Navy. It is suited to cargo hauling and colonizing worlds.

History
Sometimes known as the Agricultural ship, the DSC-class Support Ship is a large reason that the Covenant have managed to occupy so much space for so long, as an empire runs on its ability to move lots of supplies rapidly. This medium-sized support craft does exactly that, equipped with a number of jump drives and a large amount of storage with production facilities. Its most distinctive feature is the hunting preserve onboard that provides a training ground, food, and recreation for Covenant troops.

Tactics
The DSC-class Support Ship has medium strength shields and two energy projectors, but is slow and not suited to direct combat. Use to move supplies and colonize planets.

D: Dissemblance, a ship designed for stealth and black operations.
S: Salvation, a dedicated warship able to destroy enemies with energy projectors.
C: Commonplace, able to be deployed effectively in numbers and easy to produce.
