I fixed big purple square bug by editing flashlight001.vtf and flashlight001_infected.vtf using vtfedit.

1. Download vtfedit http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?c=178

2. Download and extract (VPK Creator) https://mega.nz/#!6Bdz2QiY!gDV3eiQH9fTl049Bqtcda8-aV0Ui1VKJbL__VvwYfRE

3. unpack 637689212.vpk by dragging and dropping vpk file over vpk.exe

4. Browse to "637689212\materials\effects" folder and open flashlight001.vtf and flashlight001_infected.vtf files with vtfedit

5. unckeck flags Procedural and Clamp U

6 check flag no Mipmap

7. save changes

8. delete 637689212.vpk

9. open a command promt from vpk.exe location and run this command, without quotes "vpk 637689212" a new 637689212.vpk is created.

10. Replace 637689212.vpk with your new 637689212.vpk

11. That´s all
