Secret Hitler (Anonymous Voting)

This mod adds a simple set-up and autonomous voting feature to Secret Hitler.

How to: Just press start once all players are seated. Note that at least 5 players are needed for it to work properly
The blindfold phase is skipped by setting the description of the Facist's (and Hitler's in 5-6 people games) card to show their team.

Contained is the following features:
- Automated and Anonymous (for now) voting through the Ja/Nein cards in front of each player.
- Dealing secret role and party membership cards based on the number of players in the game.
- Placing the correct Facist Track board depending on the number of players.
- Shuffling the policy cards.
