(LoL) Omega Squad Teemo voice pack

This is Omega Squad Teemo voice pack from league of Legends. It adds lines for nearly every soldier actions. 
-Finally fixed the youtube video sounds, now video reflects in game quality. 

My goal is to match the skin quality of League in XCOM so it really feels like a complete voice pack, with the majority of the actions having a voice when possible. 

Become one with the jungle, Commander.

Changed some voices volume relative to feedback.
Some changes to make the mod easier to modify, shouldn't change anything user-side.

Tweaks on some lines' sound level.

Added lines for more secondary actions, like the grappling hook for example.

Lines are much more likely to pop now (instead of taking an action and not hearing a voice).

Now have the current project at the end of the description, so everyone knows what's coming next.
