Large Opera (old Cologne Opera House)

Description
An early 20th century theatre/opera building inspired by the old Cologne Opera House. I added a metro entrance (that actually works), a custom LOD and suggest using the Modern Lightning Pack for the custom lights added to it.

Model Info: about 6400/350 triangles, 2048² d, n, i, s, a textures, 12 x 13 footprint, 135000/1600 building and maintenance cost, includes a metro station (and no i do not plan to upload a version without it)

Hey Jens, nice buildings you make, I think I have most if not all of them! Have you considered adding Rush Hour-mod events to (some of) them?
