Boots of blinding speed

Description
This mod adds the Boots Of Blinding Speed from TES Morrowind.

You can get these boots by killing the Khadjit named Dar'zargo in Solitude, he is really strong. Don't worry, the guards won't arrest you.

Or just add them with console command player.additem xx000d62 1

Installation:
Just drop Textures and .esp file into Data folder and activate in launcher.

Features:

Boots make you run faster!
Boots make you blind!
You can even run on water!

Finally a worthy opponent and a worthy prize, theres nothing like winning a major battle then knocking yourself unconcious on a wall on the way home lol.

These boots were perfect in Morrowind. I simply put them on, and ran from one town to another, no enemies could catch me... it was like fast travel... but using less time (using fast travel spent more hours than using the boots! using the boots I ran from Vivec to Balmora, it took Morning to Afternoon, using fast travel it took me 2 days!).
These boots are best used when you already have the map explored between the locations your running to. This way you do not run into buildings, mountains, walls, etc.
Some people complained about the mod's boots, but thats because they are idiots.
The only thing people should complain about is how you get the boots...
cause that Khajiit kills you easy peasy, plus, you'd think he'd sell you his cursed boots if you had high speechcraft...

had to unsubscribe as the blinding effect is a bit over the top. I know it's paying homage to morrowind but still, there are same mods without the blinding.
