Modern House by Wolfiy

Description
A modern house I made with Cinema4D, it's also my first (working) mod with textures and that is usable in-game ever :D The house itself got lots of things like a pool, flowers, etc :) Hope you'll like it ^^
That's the normal version, it will randomly spawn as a npc house! :) Check my workshop for unique building version ;)

thanks very nice house.
its on the Level 1 List.
for my taste i like it more on Lv2 or 3.because i got too much very pretty buildings on Lv1.but thanks anyway
