Holy Enchantments

Description
Adds two new Holy Enchantments that deal damage.
Holy Damage, and Divine Soul Trap.

Holy Damage is a Variant of Fire Damage, with a recolored effect and a few more charges but is not affected by the Fire Enchanter perk.

Divine Soul Trap is a Variant of Fiery Soul Trap, with the same changes done to Fire Damage, but includes the slightly recolored Soul Trap effect.

Both Enchantments can be found on Iron Daggers in Farengars study in Dragonsreach.

Could you consider adding weapons with these enchantments to levelled lists so we can find them as random loot?

You'd think there would be a larger "divine" magic presense in here, considering its a religion war between nords and elves. Arcane vs Holy in a sense. Maybe its caused I loved paladins from WC3. But glad to see more of these, and supporting secondary bonuses like this for Dawngard
