Kelso, you can't pick which title to wear, once unlocked your title will display for a certain period of time on your name and then eventually disappear (but remain in your titles)

You can however wear a title on the t-shirt BDU if you want to preserve the memory.

i dont think its called the big boss title. i dont have a picture of it sorry.
