Just a note, putting this in early seems to remove literally all need for industry demand, which i assume is the 10000 trucks = jobs for everyone lol. I was getting concerned why I always had zero industry and full residential demand for a few days until it clicked in my brain that might be a reason. So, if you do use it, you wont have to zone industrial for a while.
