Originally built in 1929 as the Williamsburgh Savings Bank Tower, 1 Hanson Place is amongst the world's largest clock towers and was until 2010 Brooklyn's tallest building at 37 floors and 156 meters tall. Designed in an art deco-informed Byzantine-Romanesque style, the Downtown Brooklyn tower was declared a New York City landmark in 1977 and was renovated into a luxury residential highrise in 2007.

-level 1 unique ploppable, $35,000
-custom LOD
-2048x2048 main with diffuse, specular, illumination and normal
-512x512 LOD with diffuse, specular, illumintaion, normal and alpha
-appoximately 26,000 triangles on main mesh (Sorry, runs fine though)
-approximately 210 triangles on LOD (Also runs fine)

MrFDOTRBLX, do yourself a favor and use the 1:1 version I posted here instead: http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=608100133 it's true-to-life scale, this one is scaled down for a friend of mine :)

Very nice work, me as a New Yorker born and raised unfournately do not live there anymore, seeing this building when going into Lower Manhattan from Brooklyn was a beauty. And now that I get to add it into one of my cities is a dream come true. Thank you.
