UA: Urban Sprawl - founding cities grant +1 happiness, but population counts for double unhappiness.
UB: Waffle House - Replaces hospitals, can be built in the medieval era
UU: Great Rapper - Replaces Great Musicians, can be constructed in the capitol like a normal unit, but at increasing cost.
