Description

I've restored the Beta Face Plate which Valve didn't end up using.

Color Medical Blue with added text glow on the paddle handles.

Has synchronized button flashing with the new panel also did custom bump map.

Special thanks to K1CHWA for allowing use of his animated wave patterns.
