The Last Bullet

Kill 5 enemies with a single gunshot.
In Chapter 1 you have several areas with 5+ enemies. As soon as you see 5 enemies on the screen, go to the side and shoot them all.

Ms. Perfect

Complete any level while taking no damage.
Chapter 1 is the easiest level where you can get this achievement. Make sure you kill your enemies fast and try not to get touched.

That Funky Puncher

Defeat Crab Puncher without getting hit.
Kill the boss in Chapter 2 without receiving damage. You can quickly defeat him by using 4 bullets at the beginning of the fight. Shoot twice on the right arm and twice on the left arm.

A Foot Face?

Find the hidden idol
Find the idol hidden in the golden armor in Chapter 8. Note that you need to have at least 7 rounds of ammo available. Patience and practice are key.

Here's a video showing how to get to the idol:

Walking on Air

Hop on 50 heads in a row without touching the ground.
Bounce on 50 enemies in a row without touching the ground. While this can be obtained in several ways, the easiest one is in Chapter 10. Halfway through the level after the checkpoint, you will come to an area with falling platforms and blops. Hop back and forth between the blops for 50 times without touching the floor.

Chainsplosion!

Chain-explode 5 enemies
Can be done in any chapter as long as you have 6 surrounding enemies, but easiest is in Chapter 10. Bite an enemy and detonate him to trigger an explosion. If done right, a chain reaction will start, causing the enemies near the explosion to blow up. It might take a few tries, so make sure all enemies are close to the explosion.

Skulltastic

Collect all the ancient vampire skulls
There are 50 throughout the game and most of them are clearly visible.

Survived to Sunrise

Complete the game
Finish all 15 Chapters to beat the game.

Collateral

Kill 250 enemies with environmental hazards
You'll probably get this over time as you're constantly killing enemies. Environmental hazards are spikes, acid, lava, barrels, etc..

8 Fingers, 8 Bits

Activate BloodRayne: Betrayal's alternate soundtrack
Activate the alternate soundtrack by inputting the following sequence at the chapter select screen: 8 + B + I + T + S.

Pro Vamp

Finish every level with the ranking "Dhampir"
Complete every chapter with the highest ranking. Patience and practice makes perfect. There is another way of getting this achievement, take a look at the russian guide.

Coffin Kicker

Kick open the Coffin Rocket 20 times
At the beginning of any chapter, as soon as the coffin hits the ground, spam the attack button and Rayne will kick open the coffin.
