Description
Play School is a safe little school for your youngest citizens. It functions as an elementary school, but what I had in mind was a pre-school or a kindergarten. It is smaller and cheaper than the vanilla elementary school.

No custom props or mods are required. The building is lit up at night, but the After Dark DLC is not required.

I created it for the Europe theme, but it works with other map themes as well.

Type: education building (elementary school template)
Student count: 150
Construction cost: 5000
Maintenance cost: 500
Education accumulation: 100 (= same as vanilla elementary school)
Education radius: 300 (= smaller than vanilla elementary school's 500)
Workers: Uneducated 6, educated 4, well educated 2, highly educated 0.
Electricity use: 15
Water /sewage: 7 /7
Garbage: 4

My Little high school asset uses the same 3D model, only with slightly different texture and scale.

teasted it works great nice 1 to start with or smal outside area you need to cover , nice size too

i like the less students but radius is important for happiness and building level up
