Random critique to this old post, but that's a marlin, not a swordfish. Marlin is the big game in Florida. Otherwise, awesome asset, going to make a Florida themed map and this looks just like a fish grill near where my parents live.

If you don#t have building themes by district mod, that's okay... but you just have to zone for commercial tourism and then wait for it :/ The mod allows you to increase the probability that you will see this popping up in commercial tourism

spencer, do you have After Dark DLC? And do you have Building Themes by District mod (which would help us find it right away). It will be under the special Commercial Tourism category.

Unfortunately I can't maxzahner, because I did not make the building model, they did. it is an after dark building made by the developers that I just replanted with my own gardening. It's programmed to be restricted to the DLC
