A remake of the Kovachar Foundation from Simcity 3000 Unlimited. This is my first custom asset, feel free to tell me what you think.

Wow, it looks so cool! But I can agree with points about lights - just too much. Will be really happy if u update it =)

Thanks for the feedback so far. Skylines has a bit of an issue with textures being too bright so the only way to correct it is by dimming the textures. I did dim the textures a bit but probably not enough. I will take this into consideration for my future buildings. I might also see if I can try and update this building too, if the workshop wants to play nice that is. I tried updating a map a few months back and I ended up breaking it and had to reupload it.

@Apiem: I agree with Kamui, it looks a bit too bright. And also the night-lightning is too much (not each floor and window should be lit up).

Amazing building! Thanks for sharing. Personally, the color of it is too white compared to others so it looks kind of unnatural.

@pokeravi Growables might be tricky because of the scale difference between SC3000 and cities skylines. In skylines the largest growable is equivalent to a 2x2 tile growable from SC3000. I could srink this building to half scale so it would fit in to the 4x4 tiles needed for it to be growable but the building might look odd. I'll see how it looks and if I think it's alright I'll upload it. One thing for sure is cities skylines could use larger growables, at least 6x6 growables.
