[pjt] Onehouse Model Railway Layout Final

This route is a representation of the Onehouse Model Railway layout built and run by Peter and Matt Peddlesden in Onehouse, Suffolk, England.

This version updates the original one which is now unavailable and can be deleted from your TS2016.

Just one outstanding issue which I couldn't solve. Cameron Platform 1 still doesn't perform passenger stops. If you create a scenario to stop there, I suggest using a stop at instruction. Same thing, just don't open the door.


I started building this on 18th December 2015 as a 3 week Christmas project.


Route description:

Towns and villages along the route are : Victoria, Kimberley and Cameron. Each has a station.

The layout is split into three levels. Level 0, Level 4 and Level 8.

Level 0 is primarily hidden for stabling and movement.

Level 4 has the main terminus station of Victoria and the through station of Kimberley plus it has a hidden stabling siding.

Level 8 has the through station of Cameron and a return loop.



Notes:

Line speed is set a 25mph apart from a few 15mph restrictions. As this is a model railway, don't worry too much about the speed limit. I've tested the corners up to 45mph and she seems to be fine. Care must be taken on the corners with larger Steam loco though. I've found the Pacific Class layout bounces a little on the curves.

Although there is no overhead line equipment or third rail showing. The route is designed to represent a model railway where power is drawn through the track and works as such. All types of traction will run on this route.

The height of the individual levels on the route are quite low. Most types of traction and rolling stock are low enough to not go through the scenery although the US Railroad Autorack and Double Stacked Containers ARE a bit tall. They will still run with no problems but you will see them go through some scenery.

A simple Quickdrive has been included that will take you from Victoria Station to Cameron Station and one for the return journey using all the 3 levels and passing through Kimberley Station.

If you don't have all the required DLC, I'd suggest you atleast have the Riviera, ECML and GEML.

The WLOS and Holiday Express assets are not essential to running the route, however, you will have a certain amount of scenery missing if you don't have them.
