Its ploppable RICO ready and I think I made it as low density commercial. I think you can change it with ploppable RICO mod in the settings.

Hello, Sven. Thank you for the great work, I really like your assets. I just plopped this one in one of my cities and the game reads it as low density commercial, not as a unique. Do you know what could be the problem? Thank you again!

wirklich gut gelungen und gute Thematik.. Ob der Komplette Alexanderplatz zu Groß als CSO ist? ich mein mit der Sonnenuhr dem Brunnen dem Saturn, MM dem Bahnhof und dem Jetzt neu dazugewonnen Platz der von einem recht unschönen Gebäude Verschwendet wurde
