Little Lake Park

Beschreibung
Little Lake Park is a 4 x 4 park with a little lake / pond. No custom assets or mods are needed. The park is lit up at night, but the After Dark DLC is not needed. I made the park for the Europe theme, but it works with other themes as well (looks a bit sad on Snowfall maps, though...).
I made the lake model and its texture, it is truly unique compared to any other asset.

would be nice if you can optimize it
it has 18k tris and a weight of nearly 350 making this park to a performance eater.

Comparison: it needs around the performance of 30+ normal parks....

Great asset for when you’re trying to make a rural area and want a park that looks a little more natural.

@ Xen (and anyone else who might be interested): I published a new, smaller version today, with a little fountain! http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=599262920

The bigger fountain looked good, but I have learned from a previous mistake, that the cims are programmed to come and sit on it. Placing it in the middle of the pond would have probably resulted in people walking across the water all the time. I did not want that...

@ Xen: thanks for the idea! I have been thinking about making a slightly different version of it, just to add variety. It would be easy to add one of the in-game fountains. I will make it a new asset, don't want to change this one.
