Pond park 3x3

Pond park 3x3 is a pretty little place for yor cims to rest, meet each other and get some fresh air.

No custom props or mods are needed. After Dark DLC is not necessary either.

This asset is very similar to my Little lake park, just smaller. It uses the same 3D model, but now in smaller scale, different rotation and slightly different colour not to be too identical.
