MAP
Concord includes two locations:
1. Concord, the city, a big open area with +30 buidings/houses and three independant cells: sewers, speakeasy and workhouse.
2. The Museum of Freedom, a big building with its unique cell.

The roof of the Museum is, technically, part of the big Concord City map.

Technically, Concord includes two locations:
1. HOUSE 1
First building at the right that you find, when coming from Red Rocket.
- Safe (advanced),
- Chems Box.
- Nuka Cola Quantum, in the fridge.
- Baseball bat, moddable with no need of perks.

2. HOUSE 2
If we turn left when entering in Concord, we find this one. A ruined blue van is in front of the house.
- Safe (novice).
- Suitcase.
- First Aid.
- Caps Stash.
- Toolbox.

3. HOUSE 3
The house further east in Concord.
- Safe (novice).
- Chem Box.
- Caps Stash.
- Raider corpse on the second floor.
- Pipe Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle with medium scoope , next to the corpse.

4. HOUSE 4
The house is locked.
- Minutemen corpse. The outfit varies, sometimes it is a decent one.
- Fusion cells, (usually 15) next to the corpse.
- Stimpak.

5. HOUSE 5
Locked house at North of Concord, with some lootable stuff ouside.
- Ammo Box.
- Raider Corpse.
- Machete.

6. CYAN SHOP
In front of the drugs shop.
- Chem Cooler
- Caps Stash.

7. HARDWARE SHOP
In the main street, at the corner in front of the Museum.
- Chem Box (roof).
- Hard Hat (+4DR), on the shelves.
- Diverse junk.

8. DRUGS SHOP
In a corner of the main street of Concord.
- Safe (expert).
- First Aid.
- Ammo Box.
- Tool Case.
- Caps Stash.

9. WORKHOUSE
The building has three dors: two doors at ground level, one door upstairs.
- Safe (advanced).
- Duffle Bag.
- Cooler.

10. SPEAKEASY
In the main street of Concord.
- Safe (advance), first floor.

- Locked Door (advanced), upper floor.
- Vaul-Tec Lunchbox, upper floor.
- 2x Machete.
- 2x Day Tripper, rare chem.
- 2x X-Cell, very rare chem.
- Diverse junk, including 20x Beer Bottle.

11. SEWERS
The area has three entrances:
1. Trapdoor behind the Pulowski Preservation Shelter (picture, marked in map).
2. Trapdoor in the middle of a small passage of the main Street.
3. Deathclaw entry place (only available after the event).
Loot:
- 2x First Aid.
- 4x Toolbox.
- Tool Case.
- Cooler.
- Wooden Crate.
- Steamer Trunk.
- Magazine Tabboo Tattoos, on the floor, next to the Steamer Trunk.
- Fusion Core, where the Mirelurk roams.
- 2x Vaul-Tec Lunchbox.
- Machete.
- Diverse junk all over the place.
- Raider corpse with drugs and stuff around him.
- Daytripper, next to the raider corpse.
- Chem Box, next to the raider corpse.

12. ROOF OF THE MUSEUM (CONCORD CELL)
- Power Armor, T-45. No fusion core.
- Minigun.
- 1280x 5mm round. When the Minigun is taken.
- Caps Stash.
- 2x Toolbox.
- Diverse junk,
- Holotape. (Log - SSG Michael Daly)
The roof can be accessed via the Museum when following the main quest plot, but it can be reached from the church's roof too.

13. THE CHURCH
Next to the Museum of Freedom.
- Safe (expert).
- Random weapon.
- Molotov.
We can reach the roof of the Museum (Power Armor, Minigun and loot there) from the roof of the church using the Wertibird as a Bridge..

14. MUSEUM OF FREEDOM
We can find across the building:
- Perception Bobblehead.
- Robco-Fun Magazine.
- Fusion Core, 50% charge (basement).
- 2x Toolbox.
- 2x Ammo Box.
- 3x Chem Cooler.
- Duffle Bag.
- Tool Case.
- 3x Caps Stash.
- The seven raiders corpses after we will them.
- Laser Musket with ammo (outside, in front of the main door).
- One minutemen corpse and many raider's corpses (outside).

NOTE:
We don't need to talk to Preston Garvey, in order to loot in the Museum. We can enter, to kill the seven raiders, to go upstairs and to take the bobblehead, the mag, the power-armor, the minigun and whatever we want... and then, we can just to leave the place, not saying a word.
This will skip the second wave of raiders, the Deathclaw and the minutemen storyline progression.
Preston Garvey and friends will stay in the Museum for ever waiting for us, in case we change our mind later.

15. CAMPFIRE
On the outskirts of Concord, at the south.
Funny place, where a big variety or random events happen: friendly NPCs, doctors, merchants, drug-sellers, raiders, gunners, frag mines, ghouls, mongrels, Yaos...
In any case, we can always find:
- 2x First Aid (one in the bus, one in the van)
- Cooler.
- Wooden crate.
- Toolbox.
- Two settlers corpses with around 100 caps.
- Cooking Station.

Good guide.
The rifle is the church is levelled loot and may not always be a sniper rifle. There is usually also a molotov there.
House 1 has a baseball bat just behind the door which is a good early melee weapon. Also a cute bandana and goggles for your dog upstairs. And gourds out back which are useful food crops in Survival.
There is a machete outside the houses NE of the Museum (not shown on the map) which is another great starting melee weapon.
Probably worth noting there are hostiles in the Sewers!
The terminal entry in the Museum mentions a gun but I've never found it.

That camp fire is a source of many different random events/enemies. Some I remember: ghouls, radroaches + corpses, frag mines, drug sellers, raiders, merchants, hostile gunners, friendly gunners...

Occasionally taking the loot right next to the camp fire will trigger an ambush by ghouls.
Its happened to me on a few playthroughs though i'm not exactly sure if its pure random or not.
