Heavy Excavator 160T MK VIII (currently broken due to bugs)

Description

/!\ WARNING NOT RECOMENDED FOR SURVIVAL (unsolved bug that requires it be deleted and replaced) /!\
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Introducing the latest and quite possibly the most advanced control system on the workshop.

To give a quick heads up, the entire unit is fully controllable with minimal hotbar interactions, the system utilizes WASD, and UDLR arrow keys to output to all of the controls and has the benefit of being ALL VANILLA, no mods needed to operate.

System is capable of handling the 60,000kg or so that the drills/ejectors hold no problem on planets.
I've load tested up to 150 Tonnes and it could still maintain balance well enough.

Start up:

1. Enter cockpit, ensure the timer block in hotbar is in the ON state, (3)
2. Hit the number two (2) - This will start the clock that runs the script at 30 Hz
3. Take control of the remote control
4. Feel the POWAH! (sorry cant help myself)

General operation:

in dig mode:

A-D Traverse, use to rotate cab body around 360 degrees, becareful around 180 as it has a small dead zone.
W-S Boom, W to dip the boom down (first segment) S to raise it up.
Up - Down Stick, Use Up to push the stick out (second segemnt) Down to pull it back in.
Left - Right Bucket, Use left to curl the bucket toward you, right to move it away.

In drive mode:

A-D Steering, can spin on the spot just like the real thing, it's advisable to have the bucket close to the cab when driving.

W-S Driving, Forward and reverse, be mindful of orientation, don't want to fall in the hole you just dug!

Other controls:

(1) Mode switch, Off = Drive, On = Dig
(2) Turn drills on/off
(3) Turn throwout on ejectors on/off
(4) Raise/lower cab for different view
(5) Boom light on/off
(6) View camera on boom
(7) View camera on stick (good for seeing around vehicle when driving)
(9) Raise / Lower jacks (not advised to use except for spawning in)

Be aware that this can be kinda buggy in MP becuase of excessive rotors and pistons.... It's also not advised that anyone but the host spawn in it, as it has been potentially volitile in the past. There are a few bugs that may cause it to seize up and start to jitter, unfortunately the only solution for this is to spawn in a new one.

As always: Have fun and give credit where its due.

Edit: I'd like to thank you all for the support, to clarify contributions:

I did most of the hardware design and physical components, Sinbad is the one who did all of the coding and software as well as a few design optimizations, i suggest you check out his workshop he's got all kinds of cool coded projects.

sinbad's workshop: http://steamproxy.net/id/Sinning412/myworkshopfiles/?appid=244850

Edit 2: sometimes the WASD keys (mostly W) don't want to work, if so just force all other working keys (usually in drive mode with jacks holding it up) and press on and off the 'broken' key eventually it should start to work.

Alternate option is just spawn in a new one.

unfortunately if people can't be bothered to read a title, then it's really not my problem, normally i'd be happy to redirect people to other builds of mine, but i believe all of my legacy stuff is broken.

@ Grindy Gears You can probably make this one private or hidden in the workshop to keep people from trying to use it :)

how you can use 2 rotor on the same shaft? i can't do it.

and @lord Tridax, if there wasnt a bug that caused certain blueprints to spawn with detached rotors, it wouldn't be falling apart. nowhere in the build is there an advanced rotor, so i'm not even sure how you came to that conclusion... the central traverse breaks becuase it depends on small to large rotor conversions, and the game doesn't like that.

Besides, this model has been superceeded by this:

it will actually spawn in, and should function just fine.

its not broken due to a bug the problem lies within the center point at wich the head connects to the body as you would see if you try to copy it from the clip board it simply spazes and then breaks into 2 at that point however since it is in 2 at that point damage is null therefore take an advanced roter and re attach it then its good.
