Encounter Tank: <Dancing girl> (Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2 & Re;Birth1)
Final boss Tank: <URANUS> (Mega Dimension Neptune VII)
Black Concert Tank 1: <Elegy> (Hyperdimension Neptunia V & Re;Birth3)
Black Concert Tank 2: <ABSOLUTE> (Mega Dimension Neptune VII)

ususlly it because you have some other mod that include tank music (e.g. Unofficial maps)
If you download the direct files, the vpk file should be in the Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons
If you just subscribe in workshop, the vpk file should be in the Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop
copy and paste both place
