ususlly it because you have some other mod that include tank music (e.g. Unofficial maps)
If you download the direct files, the vpk file should be in the Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons
If you just subscribe in workshop, the vpk file should be in the Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop
copy and paste both place
