Craftable Ice

Description
Adds ice as a craftable recipe in the Refine Tab.

An electrical doodad is used to catalyze a reaction with nitre in order to create ice.

Default recipe: 4 Nitre + 1 Electrical Doodad = 10 Ice
Default tech level: Alchemy

Configuration options:

Easy difficulty - Only needs Nitre to craft ice.
Normal difficulty - Requires 1 Electrical Doodad to craft ice.

Can change number of ice made per craft, number of nitre required per craft, and select a required tech level (none, science, alchemy).

2*H3N + 4*O2= 3*H2O + 2NO
:3 should be an endothermic reaction to create condensed water, further cooling down to ice.
or maybe..
4*H3N + 3*O2 = 6*H2O + N2
All I know is that
3*H2 + N2 =2*H3N
which is definitely an endothermic, volume shrinking reaction :D
