Description
This mutation is basicly the Headshot mutation with some slight changes...

Firstly realism rules are now in effect, secondly only spitters, boomers, tanks and witches will
spawn, aside from those spawning via scripts, as I can't do anything about that; and thirdly you are
now completly alone. And for those of you who can't guess, only a shot to the head or decapitation
will kill a zombie.

Can you make a version of this with higher numbers of zombies but give it that classic zombie movie feel by making them unable to run but dealing alot more damage when they do attack you
