You should also give the Research Center a Science Bonus and remove the restriction to rivers. Good mod!

Might be, as his TSL Serializer and his Dynamic LeaderScene mod is currently outdated and doesn't always work properly, but he already messaged me that he's going to fix it.

Mages seems to break some components of VV's Hyperdimension Neptunia Civs, as now only grey (or in case of Neptune, purple) leader screens appear instead of the normal ones.
