Doctors Planet Pack #1 [Discontinued]

In 1 collection by Doctor Octoganapus
Doctors Planets (Master Collection)
130 items
Description
This pack contains the first five planets I made and is compatible with worlds containing my planets.

All planets were made to be full size: 120000m (120km)

All planets work with Dedicated Servers

This pack includes:

- Aqueous
- Vani
- Cravack
- Thala
- Glacius

Aqueous:

Ice Ball of a planet with a low oxygen atmosphere.

Recommended Moon = Lali
Recommended Size = 120000m (120km)
Oxygen Level = Low
Gravity = 0.65g

Vani:

Vani is a planet still early in its evolution, because of this you won't find much life but there is a oxygen rich atmosphere. Vani also has an unusually strong gravitational pull making travel to and from the planet difficult.

Recommended Moon = Olar
Recommended Size = 120000m (120km)
Oxygen Level = High
Gravity = 3.5g

Cravack:

Recommended Moon = Meni
Cravack is a Desert Planet with a thick atmosphere. There are also small pockets of vegetation scattered around the planet as well as an iced over section on the southern pole.

Recommended Size = 120000m (120km)
Oxygen Level = High
Gravity = 1.3g

Thala:

Thala is a Habitable planet that is rich in life. It has features of both Earth and Alien planets but with slightly less gravity.

Recommended Moon = Kres
Recommended Size = 120000m (120km)
Oxygen Level = High
Gravity = 0.9g

Glacius:

Glacius is a frozen world that is beginning to thaw. Its lush forests used to cover most of the planet, however when the ice age came they were replaced by ice but there are still pockets of forest peeking out through the gaps in the ice.

Recommended Moon = Zess
Recommended Size = 120000m (120km)
Oxygen Level = High
Gravity = 0.85g

I really do miss the creativity of old planet mods. I really wish these planets still worked right

work in 2020?

Doctor, are you planning to update these to the new system? Or are they dead?

I really like the diversity and unusual aspects of these planets. Most planet packs are "earth like, usual gravity, blah-blah, easy" or "I retextured a stock planet with purple dirt yee-haw" mods.

PLEASE say you will be updating these packs and planets.

@Galaxy1701F You have to manually spawn custome planets using the shift+f10 menu. Also this is outdated and more than likely no longer working which is why it has a "Discontinued" in the title.

Hello,

I start a game with the Mod. But I can not find the planets. Where can I find the planets? Or what am I doing wrong?

@Deathfather The biggest pack I ever managed to upload was 856MB uncompressed.
Deathfather 24 Mar, 2016 @ 4:26pm
Most of the mods I have uploaded never exceeded 500 mb. All your planets together are like 5.5 GB uncompressed.
Deathfather 24 Mar, 2016 @ 4:26pm
Wow I never knew that, thank you for the fast response doctor. Love the planets. Have damn near all of them with their respective moons spawned about 15000 km apart randomly :)

@Deathfather The reason there is not a maga pack is because steam will not let you upload anything near that size. My most recent planet had to be split into two parts just to upload. Either way you can try if you want. Just give me full credit and add me a contributor if you manage to upload any of it.
