DO NOT USE - These items are not working and are unable to be updated because assets from that long ago have problems updating due to issues between the Workshop and the asset uploader that existed during that time period. I have made two so far that are inspired by these: Christmas Promenade and Swanky Street (Mediterranean published, Temperate being developed but have to first get game issue resolved before publishing).

Please pick a nice No DLC required, these modular promenades can be used in any location you wish! Their modest, warm lighting complements high density buildings nicely. The 4x8 parking has a special function (see note below) Their style matches the Americana Promenade series, vanilla commercial entertainment buildings made to simulate a promenade-style city areas. Now you can bring promenades to any neighborhood!

Promenades are pleasant pedestrian walkways with pleasant lighting and attractive landscape or container gardening. Although these do not have functional paths within them, they have markers that will cause your sims to walk in and enjoy the park and sit on benches., Also, I wanted the nice tile ground instead of the concrete path with their bright, bright lights.

*Special Simulation Function*: Unlike the rest of the Promenade modular pieces, the 4x8 Parking (has a special icon image) has a large area boost of entertainment. Why? Because in a country of cookie cutter monolithic indoor shopping malls, the relatively recent advent of outdoor commercial promenade districts in the US attracts throngs of locals and tourists alike. The tourist number is not too hight because a very high number increases crime to sometimes unresolvable levels. So instead of that, I boosted the entertainment power and range to simulate the effect these have in real life.
