Description
Increases spawn rate of Great Generals by reducing the great person points required and adding a 10% bonus to great general spawn rate for the Barracks (and Krepost). Also applies to Great Admirals.

Hello THX for your mod. Can i change the 10% of bonus for 20%, 30% or more ? THX for your help

here's my feedback; I like your mod but i created over 20 general in my last game (marathon 700turn, warmonger). You may consider toning down a little bit. Thanks for mod anyway.
