Balanced Tools

Description
Update: Originally I intended to weaken the hand held tools a little bit, therefore the ship tools get an indirect buff. If someone would want to stay at the same speed, he/she could just increase the multiplier and still get the ship tool buff. But I figured that I would be better to transfer that feature to a second mod of the same kind. So here it is:
http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=593594405

I adjusted the tools to follow the same tier principle as the guns.
Welders, Grinders and Drills all have the same schema:

Basic item -> the worst (1 speed / 1 range)
Energetic (Second) item -> 1.5 speed / 1.5 range
Extended (Third) item -> 1.1 speed / 3 range
Elite item ->crossover with worse attributes than second or third: 1.25 / 1.8

Changed the build costs.

ToDo:
-better description
-rename the tools (done)
-edit icons (done)

Have fun with the mod. If you have any issues, just let me know in the comments.

I dont know if this mod is still updated. But since i installed it, yesterday, the driller is clipping into the camera. The other tools are ok.
Merry Christmas.

You're welcome. I think, the real feature for the tools was the modablity, but anyway there was no need to make them so much out of line.

Thanks for this! I was disappointed to see Keen go with straight upgrades on tools, rather than sidegrades.
