Description
Narbona of the Navajo.

UA: Code Talkers - Enemy Spy effectiveness decreased by 50%. All Spies start at level 2. Recieve 1 extra Spy.
UU: Scout Warrior (Calvary) - Recieves Defensive bonuses from terrain. Withdraws before melee attack. Pays no movement points to pillage.
UB: Hogan (Temple) - 10% of food is carried over after the birth of a new citizen.

Play note: Glitch in Scout Warrior crashes CIV5 when 1) upgrading Knight via ruins, 2) purchasing new SW, 3) disembarking back to land. Easy fix??

@darkmetalscorpian Nah, it's ok. No accounting for technology :P Still, it would be aweome to have more native civs in YnAEMP!
By the way, I love the mod. Especially the nod to code talking.

@Overlord_C It didn't seem too OP in my playthroughs. Yes the bonus is noticable, but spies can still be killed and techs can still be stolen.

@Ehls No YnAEMP as of yet, The @$%& Worldbuilder tool always crashes when I'm open it

@author It seems that the Navajo may be too OverPowered in espionage. Maybe you should make some of the UA not come into effect until researching Radio or Electricity or Replaceable Parts. But Great mod though.
