2.1:
Replaced icons for research screen to match the rest of the interface
Gave diplomacy card icons a transparent background to remove the odd edges around them

2.0:
Massive update, hence the version jump. This version marks a departure from earlier releases by adding back effects and color to the interface rather than leaving everything as flat color fields. I've tried to do this in a more restrained way in order to create a "tech" or energy display feel as best I can without replacing every instance of the UI so I touch the fewest files. 2.0 likely marks the end of major development for AI. At this point I'm fairly satisfied with the interface feel within the paramaeters of what I can do with the least changes to the game data files. I'll continue to clean up icons and tweak where I can.

Changes:
Added color back into the base UI elements.
Added glow effect, outlines, corner bits to boxes, buttons windows, and popups
Minor typography tweaks to fix a few errors
Many alignment tweaks to get window borders to line up
Research screen overhaul:
Replaced all tech background frames and effects to match interface look
Replaced linking lines to aid clarity in determining research progression

What's next:
Tweak icons for clarity.
See if any other icons pop up that need fixed. Let me know if you see anything.

Ah. If you want to run AI with do factions, you need to use the AI mod for that. It's weird, but you need to subscribe to do factions but leave it disabled in the sr2 mod manager. Then activate AI for Do factions. Do factions will run in the background. The ship sets should be compatible with AI regardless of version.

I just started a new game as Terrakin with that version and it seems fine. What mods are you using?
