Active Public Parking by Populous

This is a working Public Parking area where people drive in using a road leading into the parking lot. Cims will park in the parking spaces and along the road side. Underground parking is used if you place this in high density zones.

Cim markers are set so Cims gather to talk, enjoy a burger, or just sit under the light and share time making this a very active parking lot.... a great place to run your bus line to or place next to your transport hub.

- Even more interactive than the first version and fun to watch and pleasing to the eye in game
- Entrance Road
- Large Parking area
- Larger Underground parking area
- Burger Stand (Cim Markers set so people will gather)
- Sitting Benches (Cim Markers set so people will gather, maybe waiting for a car pool or just talking)
- Toll booth (Cim Markers set so people will enter and gather at the doorway)
- Works with or without After Dark, but looks fantastic a night with After Dark

Hey there, somehow it does not work with me. It says "distance too far" and "slope to steep". I've tried it with the normal road and a road I got with another parking lot. Your secure parking lot works perfectly fine. Am I doing something wrong?

been searching for some kind of "Parking Lot" that will stop cims from parking on roads.

Purplebleu I use Advanced Road Anarchy as may steep ramp assets have the slope too steep, however there are other mods like Fine Road...

Ilion Most of the underground parking systems quit working with the upgrades killing a lot of great assets... it is still fun to watch, very active and looks good.

I've seen cims drive into the underground portion ... then loop-around and drive back out. Never have I seen any actually park down there.

@Angelhearth, just place the parking lot and connect the center road to the main road. Done and have fun. That said and now figuring out how you think... you could place several of these parks and bypass traffic by connecting the underground parking to other underground parking lots.... hmmm.
