Description
Goliath - Hover Mining Drone is 100% Vanilla Build Design to Mine on planets from a safe loction

Features and info:

- Can Mine up to 1,000,000 Kg ore in one go !
- Pilot seat with LCD's screens and cameras for easy control
- 2 Remote controls : 1 for mining and 1 for flying
(Make sure to set the ship to "Me" For Remote control and lock the wheels with "P")
- Powerd by 7 Batteries and 12 Small reactors just for Recharging the batteries
- Equipped with 9 Drills and 1 Large Cargo Container
- Projector for Quick Repairs in case you break something
- Top Connector with Merge Block and Landing Gear

Tip: *** Turn "ON" the drills and turn "OFF" the Large Atmospheric Thrusters to start Mining,
After mining abit the drone will get extra mass this will take the drone down with the gravity and when you finish mining turn drills "OFF" and Large Atmospheric Thrusters "ON" to exit the hole ***

Nice little design. Did some changes by replacing the reactors with modded reactors, because the batteries kept switching to rechage for no reason and stealing all the power for the engines. Also the wheels at the top just break off randomly ended up removing them. Been using it for open pit mining.

Okay, I figured out why this becomes too heavy at 1,000 tons. When you have your settings to realistic, it works as intended. When inventory is set to anything other, mass is divided for measurements of thrust. So, 10x cargo capacity allows for 10x the mining before becomming overweight.

A survival video is up to show you that its working , you can leave it runing and it will dig automaticly for you if you just want to make a big hole or try to get to the center of the planet , if you do so just remeber to turn on all the ejectors it will help to save power on weight (I never tested this^^)

@zero - after 3 test in survival i can say goliath is working 100% , i will add tutorial video to show how i use it

About 100 tons before it became too heavy.
