How to become a Pro Military Wasteland Sniper
Below is a video give a detailed walk through of getting the core of the loadout/Outfit. Notice I say "core" because for example I added a Gas Mask which I thought was really in tune with the wasteland theme. In the next section, shows some other things you can add to the outfit, but I didn't add them in the video because I felt it was optional and completely varies between each player.

if you do dirty military fatigues with a dirty military helmet add a leather vest and it looks super cool

How about scribe fatigues with military cap. Looks very alike and i like doing it with my lucky 7 perk crits.
