Better Building {Settlements} {conesole commands}

>(optional) Build Baseboreds.
> Press TIlde
>Type in TCL
>Place items how you like them
>Press TIdle again

If you accidently need to add no clipping to an item again go back into TCL pick up the item then cancle it back out with tab and it will
become a ghost wall again.
