Phrygia Civilization

Made for CivMegaGames, still in Alpha and needs bugtesting.

The art is done, the DoM is the only thing missing. There's still the civpedia and the lines, though

Phrygia led by Midas
UA - Idaean Dactyls - +1 gold and +1 culture from iron tiles. Iron resources yield double. If your city has a source of iron or a metal luxury and an outgoing trade route, it recieves a random cultural specialist.
UU - Galatian Cavalry - Replaces horseman; +1 movement and does not have city combat penalty
UB - Tumulus - Replaces shrine; +1 culture and +1 faith, another +2 faith and a defense bonus if your city has a religion

The only things missing to be replaced are the icons, leaderscreen and DoM as well as the civilopedia.

Next civs: Qedar, Dilmun, Visayans, Aram, etc...
