Improved unlimited money

Description
Unlimited money mod claims that the money never runs out but it really does. This can be observed when the mod is disabled - the cash will be negative. However, with this mod, the cash never drops below zero.

Best played with unlimited money mod, so you can let your artistic creativity flourish to make your best city and actually play it for real!

I imagine it's because some people want to set up their first area without limitations, then proceed vanilla money from there
