This guide will show you where you can find some good loot and encounter some raiders in the process. This will show you where to look for the loot, what loot you can find, and what obstacles lay in the way.

This secret is located right next to Sanctuary and may be accesed if you are low level. There are some raiders however but can be easily taken out (also an attack dog).
Once you come to this location, you should see a fridge somewhere and a weird blue generator. It can be distinctly found by its loud noise.
Once you find it, go to the top of the machine and open the box. A circuit breaker will be inside and you will need to turn that off. It doesn't affect your settlement so don't worry. Once you turn it off, you should see a metal pipe going up the hill.
Follow the pipe until you get to another machine, this time there'll be a skeleton next to it and a .44 revolver with some ammo. There'll be another little box on the yellow side and once you find it, open and about 60-100 caps will fallout in the form of 3 caps stashes.
Pick it up and go to the top of the machine. You'll find a wooden box and inside it will be some RadAway and other medicinal goods.

There are some three raiders and one attack dog in your way of this place, which may be a little hard to get past if you are low level. These can be easily taken down with pipe pistols as they are the lowest level of raiders, known as just "Raiders".
They will be beyond this tree sitting near a campfire with their attack dog. They can be snuck up on if you can.
