Description:

The Tartar is an entirely vanilla recon rover with high speed and agility being key. It hosts one person and 2 Galting Guns to scout planets and easily and quickly maneavure across terrain. It also features 3 spotlights to light up surroduning terrain making reconnaissance at night much easier. It is a lighter version of its brother the [SMI] Windrunner.
