The info on places to gather resources was incredibly useful, and I've been playing this since it came out. Awesome guide, I can't wait to see the next chapters. Maybe I'll learn more I either forgot or never knew. Awesome guide

No, unfortunately. These radiation storms cannot be avoided, unless you are inside a building, but not a small shack. I mean areas like inside the sewers, the Museum of Freeddom, etc. Otherwise, you cannot avoid the storms. However, I think the chances of it happening are greater the closer you are to the Glowing Sea (a.k.a Ground Zero).

So Fallout 4 is my first Fallout game, and i am kind of clueless about it. But when i am out in the wasteland doing various things, sometimes the sky will turn greenish, the wind kicks up, and thunder sounds, and then i start getting slammed with radiation. How do i avoid these radiation storms? Is there a way from me to prevent them? I am also a little confused on how the radiation mechanics work. If someone could explain these things to me that would be great!

Amazing work! Thank you a TON for these guides! Especially considering how Bethesda didn't give us a manual for the game. Thanks again!

Keep up the good work, it would be amazing to have a guide like this available. It'd be the perfect resource for Fallout 4 players.
