Sometimes your companion is no where to be found, and this is a way to get them back.

To get back your companions just type in the following.

` (it's next to the 1)
Go to the following link and find the one you want to come to you. (you're looking for the ref ID)
http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_4_companions

Type in the following

prid (then the ref ID. For example, 00002f1f to get Piper)
moveto player

So the code will look like

prid 00002f1f
moveto player

Keep in mind, not all the base ID have been found at the time I am writing this. Because of this, and because more can be added. I figure giving the wiki is the better thing to do.
But also keep in mind, you can be SOL because the game doesn't send the NPC to where you asked it to. So, you may have to do this in order to move ahead in the game (for example if the game loses Nick)
